Delete your Together account

Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is in the Together app:

1. Open Settings
2. Scroll to the Account section
3. Tap Delete account and confirm

This permanently removes your account and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by email. We will verify your identity using the email address on your account and process your request within 30 days.

Delete data without closing your account

To remove cloud-stored sessions while keeping your account, visit together.thehackhouse.co/delete-data.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your Together account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile and onboarding preferences
• Cloud-stored session history, transcripts, and analysis
• Cloud-stored session audio files

Data stored only on your device is not deleted remotely. If you still have the app installed, delete local data from Settings → Data & Privacy before uninstalling, or remove the app from your device.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Subscription and billing records handled by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat (see your store account for payment history)
• Records needed for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance
• Residual copies in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten

Active subscriptions

Deleting your Together account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Before or after deleting your account, cancel your subscription through your device's store settings:

• Google Play subscriptions
• Apple App Store subscriptions
